HYPNOTHERAPY is a supportive intervention used to create and reinforce
healthy productive behaviors, thoughts and habits.  Through the use of
suggestions aimed at the subconscious mind, habits such as smoking,
overeating, nail biting, insomnia, anxiety and many others can be eliminated.
Healthy behaviors are inserted in their place.

Hypnosis is simply a deep state of relaxation.  All hypnosis is "self-hypnosis".
The person themselves allows the process by their own desires to be hypnotized.
The goals of the session are discussed and agreed upon between therapist and
client before the therapy begins.  There is no such thing as being forced to do
anything a person does not wish to do.  The client must agree to the
HYPNOTHERAPY session, must believe he or she can be hypnotized and must
                     eventually feel comfortable and relaxed.

HYPNOTHERAPY can be used to work with deep, entrenched personal
problems, phobias, unreasonable fears, memory retreival, minimizing surgical
pain, childbirth pain, pain from disease and illness and past life regression.
